Never hired a coach before?

Then there are probably some questions you would like answered about bus or coach charter in Dubai. Give us a call and we will give you all the information you need to help plan your trip, with no pressure and no obligation.

1. Do you accept credit cards?

Yes. We accept credit cards we used PayPal as credit card gateway processing merchant in order to provide secured and save process, Ask one of our reservation agents at the time of booking if you wish to take advantage of this service.

2. How can I hire a bus or coach? How do I get a quote and book up?

Step one: Call, e-mail or fill out or quick form for quote or enquire about availability and rates . (Having your itinerary in mind is important). We will get back to you with availability and a price and explain the rest process of the process. But rest assured, it's not that difficult and we aim to make like as easy as possible for you!

Step two: You will receive a "quote" from us via e-mail. This has the details of your enquiry, and the rate for your requested service. (Please carefully check it to make sure it has all the details correct, because unless you advise us otherwise, this will be the information we will use to operate your day of service) A quote will hold for one weeks pending receipt of your deposit. If you do not pay the deposit, the quote is automatically cancelled.

Step three: Upon payment of the deposit or estimated total balance payment pay, you will receive with then 48 hours a confirmation email of your requested service information.

Step four: We will send you a confirmation via e-mail of your service requested and receipt of your payment, any balance of your payment is due one week prior to service date.

3. How long are quotations valid for?

Our Luxury Bus Rental quotations are valid for a maximum of 30 days from your initial enquiry.

4. Are there any other fees?

No there is no additional charges for the bus rental in Dubai. We are sending our quote for a Luxury bus rental all inclusive only. There is no hidden cost.

5. When is the final payment due?

Your final payment is due no later than one week prior to your scheduled date of service. If not paid in full when due are subject to cancellation and cancellation fees.

6. Do you offered corporate travel services?

Yes. We will offer special corporate service, chauffeured affiliates, travel agencies and non-profit organization.

7. What about pickup information?

We will pickup you and your group on time as per your request. "On Time" includes a 20 minute grace period that we allow for unexpected traffic and safety. We also ask that you be ready for a pick up 15 minutes prior to your reservation. Safety and on time is number one for us!

8. What about waiting Time

First 15 minutes off waiting time (extra hours) is free, additional hour or waiting time is charge at vehicle rate per hour or per flat rate agreed. After the first 15 minutes has elapsed, there will be an extra charge on increments of per hour or per flat rate agreed, waiting time begins the moment the vehicle arrives at destination point as scheduled.

9. How many passengers can I take on the coach?

We have different sized coaches all our vehicles are fitted with seatbelts and all comply with safety standards.

10. Are your coaches fitted with multimedia DVD systems and microphones?

Yes, all of our vehicles have DVD entertainment packages and microphones on board

11. Is there a cancellation fee?

If cancelled within 48 hours prior to your journey then the full cost will be incurred.

12. What if a passenger is sick on the coach?

There will be an AED200 charge for cleaning the coach.

13. We need to hire more than one vehicle, are you able to handle this?

Absolutely, we have a fleet of vehicles and can discuss with you what is more suitable for your needs. We are also able to send multiple vehicles to several or single locations at any time you require. We have wide range of 49 Seater Luxury coaches, 33 Seater Coaches, 22 Seater Mini buses, 14 Seater Luxury Mini Van hire and 7 seaters also ready for rentals in UAE. We have Mercedes Sprinter for hire and Mercedes Viano also.

14. What if I book a Dubai Bus private charter now, but change my mind on the date?

No problem! We'll re-book you for your date of choice, when you're ready.

15. What happens with lost property if something is left on the coach?

Dubai Bus Charter, affiliates will not be liable for lost baggage since baggage is never removed from the passenger's presence, and is stored in the passenger compartment in which the passenger is riding. A passenger's baggage remains, at all times, the responsibility of the passenger. If you believe that you left something onboard one of our vehicle, just give us a call and let us know what it is you have lost and we will endeavor to find it for you.

16. Can I take my pet on board?

The only pets we allow on board are guide dogs and hearing dogs; Pets must be transported in a pet carrier. If the pet carrier is small enough to be carried on the passengers lap it will count as a carry-on, as for larger pets it will count as 2 bags and must be in a pet carrier. Please notify us if this is the case. We understand there may be some special circumstances, contact us prior to your departure to obtain our consent.

17. Why don't you have a fixed list of prices?

Quite simply because often no two trips are exactly the same. Because people and their requirements are all different means that the price offered to them is best calculated individually and tailored to their needs. We firmly believe that this approach of calculating bespoke prices - rather than relying on a price list - gives our customers quotes tailored accurately to their needs. Our pricing mechanisms rely on a number of factors including: length of hire, capacity of coach, features required on the coach ( DVD etc), availability and time of day. Despite promising you the highest quality of service we still always try to be competitive with our quotes.

18. Do you provide coaches for people in wheelchairs

We are sorry to say that none of our coaches are equipped with wheelchair lifts. Wheelchairs, walkers, crutches and any other medical aid sufficiently small to be transported in the Carrier's vehicle will be accepted as baggage. Please contact us to discuss your passengers' requirements before confirming your booking with us and we will do everything we can to help.

19. What is the deal with drinking alcohol and smoking on the bus??

As per our Terms & Conditions, consumption of Alcohol/ Food and smoking is not allowed while on board a Dubai Bus Charter vehicle.

We aim to ensure that our coaches are presented clean and tidy at all times. For that reason we ask that food (except confectionery) drink and smoke is not consumed on the vehicle without prior consent of the Company, unless on a vehicle fitted expressly for that purpose. Smoking (including E-lights) is not permitted on the vehicle at any time. No alcohol will be permitted in the passenger area of the vehicle at any time

20. We will have a lot of luggage with us. Can you cope with this?

The vast majority of our coaches have large under floor luggage lockers available for your use. We allow two pieces of checked baggage and one personal-type pieces for each passenger. Checked baggage includes most commercially available luggage and moderate sized boxes. We urge all of our passengers to contact their airline to receive specific information about the changes in baggage regulations. Golf bags are counted as two pieces of luggage. All baggage must be clearly marked with the name and permanent address of the passenger. Large crates and/or trunks will not be accepted as baggage and will not be transported. Please note that for your own safety you are not allowed to carry bulky luggage in the aisle of the coach or on passenger seats.

21. When I arrive at the airport how do I find your coach?

It is standard practice for coaches to be held in the airport coach park prior to advice that, having cleared all formalities, your entire group is ready to board the coach. Our representative will be there in Airport to receive your guest and he will lead to our coach pick up point.

23. What group sizes of you cater for?

Luxury Bus Charter Dubai has a large, air conditioned fleet of coaches. We off hire from groups as small as 8 and our largest coaches offer 50 seats.
